Returned items must be in resaleable condition unless defective.
Custom-fabricated items (cables/assemblies made to spec) may be subject to longer lead times or a restocking fee (if applicable).
Credit/refund will be issued after inspection and approval by SCS.
Freight & shipping damage claims should be filed directly with the carrier; SCS will assist as needed, but is not liable for freight damages once the product leaves their dock.
SCS reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
